Job Description

We are looking for a confident and organised Enterprise Solutions Analyst to play a central role in helping to build Edgefolio’s Enterprise business, alongside senior members of the management team including our CEO. It’s important you enjoy different tasks and engaging different customers across delivery and customer success activities. You will work in a rapidly expanding business unit, helping manage commercial and technical relationships through market development, project management and product implementation.

Success in this role will be building relationships with both internal and external customers and helping to achieving their strategic outcomes. You will understand the client’s delivery objectives, key business drivers and metrics for success. Working directly with technical teams, you will design and deliver project outcomes as the business grows.

Please note: All our roles are remote-first however candidates must have the ability to travel to London once a month.

Responsibilities

  • Build, own and manage enterprise project plans for a variety of Tier 1 and 2 clients developing and refining the Edgefolio’s process and project frameworks for each of these two offerings
  • Lead projects across Edgefolio’s product and engineering teams to deliver on-time and on- budget
  • Identify project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate, in a timely manner
  • Manage the expectations and satisfaction of the stakeholders through continuous engagement
  • Develop and distribute timely progress status reporting with key metrics to appropriate stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops to capture scope and high-level requirements
  • Manage the project delivery and own obtaining the client UAT sign-off in line with the agreed scope
  • Implement effective change control by ensuring project change/business impacts are assessed and communicated so all parties are aligned
  • Communicate with openness, honesty and respect in all situations and be adept at conflict resolution and direction setting
  • Ability to capture lessons learned through post-project analysis

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant project management, consulting, professional services, or other relevant experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects and B2B customers in a financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software and the technology lifecycle
  • Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Confident presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Very well structured and organized and able to respond to changing priorities
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into project plans
  • A high technical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

Desirable skills

  • Direct experience with hedge funds or investment banks
  • Professional qualification in either Prince 2, PMP or Agile Project Management
  • Experience in a start-up/scale-up environment
  • Experience of enterprise account growth

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Product Designer to help create an aesthetically beautiful and highly functional experience for our clients and their users.

Your responsibilities will include translating client and business requirements into high fidelity mock-ups, that provide elegant and simple solutions which delight our customers. To be successful in this role, you must put the end-user at the centre of your design philosophy. As a team, we want to solve our customers’ pain points as intuitively and efficiently as possible.

You should have experience with design software and wireframe tools and have worked in a B2B technology company. You would ideally have worked in a Series A or Series B Fintech before, and have some interest in asset management.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business analysts and engineers
  • Gather inspiration from existing products, especially those specific to our industry and clients
  • illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements and produce high fidelity visualisations
  • Design mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate key interactions within the product UX
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Explain design choices based on research and clear reasoning
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. identifying and improving key user workflows)
  • Help create and maintain a coherent design system and component library

Requirements

  • 3+ years work experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer
  • Have a solid visual aesthetic
  • Portfolio of design projects including complex SaaS products
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. wireframe.cc, InVision and Balsamiq)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UI design software (e.g. Sketch or Figma)
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management and organisation skills

Preferably

  • Series A/Series B start-up experience
  • Knowledge of the asset management industry

We are looking for a Django Developer who is extremely knowledgeable and a driven individual, to assist the team in designing and programming web applications.

You will be a part of a cross-functional product team that is responsible for the full web application development life cycle, producing scalable software solutions from conception to deployment.

As a Python Django Developer you will need to be analytical, and comfortable with a mix of web technologies, development frameworks and third-party libraries. If you have great attention to detail, good organisational skills and you are comfortable working in a team, we would like to meet you.

As Edgefolio expands, you will help build modern and elegant applications that serve our tens of thousands of users across some of the worlds leading financial organisations.

You will need to liaise with front end developers and product people regularly, so being a good communicator and collaborator is extremely important.

Responsibilities

  • Writing web application code and tests in Django
  • Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
  • Designing and implementing performant applications, identifying and fixing bottlenecks that may arise from inefficient code
  • Developing and testing APIs to various third party systems or frontend applications, preferably using Django REST framework
  • Following a secure development lifecycle, integrating web application security standards in your workflow
  • Contributing to high-level system design discussions and understanding the product and technologies used
  • Working to defined project plans and timescales in an agile environment, with the help of our product manager
  • Working with internal stakeholders to understand and resolve software problems independently, with minimal supervision
  • Being an active team player in a friendly development team, helping others while not afraid to ask for help yourself

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Expert in Python 3+, Django Framework and its ORM
  • Experience with Django REST Framework and writing APIs
  • Able to write clean HTML (server side templating in Django/Jinja)
  • Basic CSS and JavaScript (basic knowledge of ReactJS is a plus but not required)
  • Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python (Django + Celery)
  • Experience in developing secure web applications
  • Experience in writing testable code – Unit/Integration/End-to-end testing
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning in Git
  • A high technical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative, with strong communication skills

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with a keen eye for design, to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing UI and web-app components using semantic HTML, CSS and Javascript (mostly ReactJS).

Working directly with our CTO & Co-Founder, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside backend developers, product managers and UX designers to ensure all elements of our application’s front-end are elegantly designed and implemented.
